A 50% deposit will be required at time of order for materials and time. Remainder of balance is due before shipment! Deposits will not be refunded on any Custom Order. Custom items are returnable but only after 7 days of receipt of goods less deposit and shipping charges. Please feel free to Contact Me
Communication is a must, you will be informed of estimates prior to starting the design and photos will be sent of the finished work. Please feel free to send as many questions or comments as like.
Depending on the complexity of your design 2 weeks is my minimum shipping time table. I will always keep you posted on the progress of your order.
